1.Data transfer from and to the application isn't charged across the operator's network. Disable the application before moving abroad by using the specific option or you will be charged with roaming charges for data transfers. Phone calls from the application to phone numbers are charged according to your pricing policy.

2.Service's content is provided by i-Plus strictly for personal (non commercial or profit) use and according to the following terms.

3.Copyright of content (e.g. applications, information, data) and of services are protected by the greek, european and world laws for copyright and are property of i-Plus.

4.Names, images, trademarks and individual features that appear on the terminal device are solely trademarks of i-Plus and its partners, protected by the according laws of trademarks, individual features and company names.

5.i-Plus has by no means responsibility for any damage caused by the use, function or abuse of the service and content by the user. This responsibility restriction exists in order to prevent compensation of direct, indirect, secondary, subsequent, special, exemplary and criminal damage, or due to warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or other reasons.

6.i-Plus makes every possible effort so that the content and the information that appears on the terminal device are exact and true. It doesn't guarantee its reliability, validity, integrity, completeness, adequacy and suitability in general or the absence of possible errors mostly due to the its large amount, as well as the participation of third parties () during the primary production and collection.

7i-Plus bears no responsibility, nor is it required to compensate cases where its partners supply content or services without ensuring according copyright.

8.Administration and protection of user's personal information falls under the greek, european and world laws of personal information protection. i-Plus takes the appropriate security measures in order to protect from unauthorized access in content or unauthorized change, disclosure or data damage and it doesn't provide for sale or transport or make public personal user data to third parties, that aren't related with i-Plus without the user's consent, except for applying the according laws.

9.Any copying, distribution, transfer, processing, resale, creation of productive service or misleading of public about the content of the webpage or its provider is strictly forbidden. Any reproduction, revision, loading, announcement, spreading or transmission or any other use of content by any way or means for commercial or other purposes is allowed solely after written license of i-Plus or any other beneficiary of copyright.

10i-Plus bears no responsibility for the communication of third parties with the companies that are promoted or advertised through its services and any commercial transaction may happen.

11.The user must accept that i-Plus has the right to modify without any further notice or license its services, without any responsibility in case of non-operation or malfunction of any service.

12.The use of service requires the unreserved acceptance of the above terms. In case of violation of the product's terms i-Plus reserves the right to disable the account of the user that violates the product's terms.

13.The above terms and any modifications, abide and are supplemented by the greek laws, European Union's laws and world's conventions. If any of the above terms become opposite to the law, it stops automatically and it is removed, without affecting the other terms. The above consists the total agreement between i-Plus and its user and it binds only them. No modifications of the above terms will be taken in mind and will not be a part of this agreement, if it is not written and it is not incorporated in it.
